Each OPTAVIA ASCEND mini meal is packed with 20 grams or more of high-quality protein to help retain lean muscle mass, up to 10 grams of fiber to promote digestive health and a good source of calcium to support bone health. These perfectly portioned mini meals make it easy to stay on track while enjoying balanced nutrition.

Mixing Instructions

Preparation Directions:

Bisque
  1. Pour 1 cup (8 fl. oz.) of cold water into a deep, microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add 2 level scoops and stir well with a wire whisk.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and let stand 1 minute.
  4. Microwave for 50 seconds more (watching carefully to prevent boil over) and stir well.
  5. Let stand for 3–5 minutes and enjoy!

Note: Heating times may vary.

Sauce
  1. ADD ½ cup (4 fl. oz.) of water to a saucepan.
  2. STIR in 2 level scoops with a whisk.
  3. Cook over medium heat stirring frequently until thickened.
